Inspection Upon Delivery

- Customers are kindly requested to inspect their order while the courier is present.
- If there is any issue with the product (wrong item, defect, or damage), it must be reported immediately to the courier.

Returns & Refunds

- Returns and refunds are accepted only while the courier is still at the delivery location.
- Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted, and no return, exchange, or refund requests can be processed.

Refund Process

- If the order is returned during delivery, the customer will not be charged for the returned items according to the courier's return procedure.

- Please make sure to check the size, print, and condition of the products before the courier leaves.
- By accepting the order after the courier departs, the customer confirms that the order has been received in good condition and matches the purchase.
